Great application... in theory

Overall, not a bad app. Problem is that half of the time, it won’t load updated materials on my iPhone, often when I need it most. (Never have a problem with loading my information on the other non-phone Apple devices at home though!)
This is the third or fourth time I’ve deleted the app and the reinstalled it. Fingers crossed it’ll work well this time around!

Camera features don’t work. Desperately needs updating.

Starting with iPhone 13 released over a year ago, the self checkout scanner no longer works. I believe it may be related to camera changes with the iPhone 13 and above and have reported the issue to the library. They are aware of the issue and say the developer has been informed but this issue persists over a year and 6 or 7 app updates later.

There is no way to contact the app developer.

Also, general app appearance remains quite outdated & could use a compatibility update for iPhone displays released since iPhone X in 2017… 5 years ago! There are big black borders on top and bottom.

App needs improvement

I’ve had to delete and reinstall the application for it to work properly.
It would not allow me to hold books. The staff couldn’t figure it out either. On a whim, I tried the above and it worked.
Also, the dollar fine it shows can’t be processed here although the option is listed.
