The Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program
A member’s Commitment to Excellence is a continual practice, and a lifelong commitment to superior professionalism and providing first-rate customer service. The C2EX program aims to sharpen, expand, and engage industry skills while helping REALTORS® to track their growth and progress. The app takes each REALTOR® through a learning and behavior-change process which culminates in a C2EX Endorsement to be renewed every three years. C2EX is intended to:
- Improve the quality and consistency of the service of REALTORS®
- Improve the reputation of REALTORS® in the public eye
- Encourage engagement “beyond the sale” by showcasing the value of assisting other REALTORS® and becoming involved in advocacy
- Continuously engage the REALTOR® in the process of self-improvement without disruption to the REALTOR®’S life

Horrible!
I used this program last year and it was very user-friendly. I've tried logging in multiple times today and I repeatedly encounter the same problem. The app pops up messages from the coach and you can't get rid of those notifications and you can't move forward with anything. You're just stuck until you close the app. WHAT is the problem??!! FIX THIS PLEASE.
Love the new features!
I appreciate that this program transitioned to an app. It’s more convenient and I’ve been able to make progress on my Endorsement way quicker since I don’t need to wait until I am at the office. I love the AI Coach and real-world examples, that was the best update in my opinion. It even let me choose the pace of my learning. It’s good to know that our feedback was heard and they came up with this great solution. Keep it up!
Segments not showing complete
I went through all of the segments, did all the RLE and 3 segments will not show complete. There are a bunch f negative reviews on this app, why don’t you allow us to see the other negative reviews. Lastly, why mandate completing this program through an App? A computer program would be nice with a support network.
