Thank you for fulfilling the long awaited inclusion of utility bills payment option for IESCO. It’s been however almost over a month that IESCO utility bill paying isn’t working and only gives out an error that says, “not available at this time, please try again”. My guess, it could be some bug that isn’t allowing the feature to work. Keep up the good work and see if you could fix the issue. Thanks.

I like the updated version. Thanks NBP for updating the boring interface. However it would be more user friendly if you could increase the font size or could introduce the option of increasing font size as it is not legible with a naked eye for persons above 40.

Your msgs on debit or credit of an amount should mention a/c number & it’s source.

Abbreviations such as “UBP-NBP digital” be avoided. Common client, such as me, do not know what they stand for?
