OTP is disabled, horrible update

Yet again Askari’s app update has caused more issues than it had before. It sends me an OTP but does npt let you type in the OTP. Im unable to pay bills or make transactions since 3 days. I called customer support team 3 times and all they do is take personal info to verify but dont give a solution. I even emailed Askari support 3-4 times, yet no solution. My husband visited the bank even and they said ‘its fixed now’, when we tried to use it, it was not fixed at all. Today i’ll go to the bank and most likely close my account if they are unable to fix it as we rely heavily on online bankng. Very disappointed.

I must say that askari bank has recently done a great job with both mobile and internet banking. Interface is clean, modern and intuitive. The app is stable as well. So, good job. The only thing I don’t understand, and would like help with is that me and my wife have a joint account. Why can only one of us operate the Banking app? It’s a joint account. We should both get the pin on registered phone numbers.
