The app does not refresh readily. To view real-time data you have to quit which logs the user out. Credentials must then be re-entered to access the app. Overall layout is pretty intuitive and user-friendly, but accessibility could be improved.

Now on version 5.** and NO PROGRESS! Your app team has destroyed your app. It is WORTHLESS to consumers now! NO landscape support for iPad, NO true layout of panels and production. I now have to warn friends that are thinking of going solar to be sure to avoid YOU! What is really frustrating is your 3.** app prior to December 2023 was actually pretty useful and user friendly. Now it's garbage!

With the latest 4.0 update; app locked into portrait view and doesn't show the information it had prior to December 2023! Fix your app! App now displays the same as on iPhone! Doesn't have access to WWW for panel readout, much harder to use and see information. Restore LANDSCAPE display on iPad!!!! Your 4.0 update is WORTHLESS!! PLEASE roll back to previous version for iPad!! You had a functioning app, where I could see real time production of panels. Now it is buried somewhere and can't be found!!! You have destroyed your APP!! Fire developers and go back to previous version!! Description of update to 4.0 isn't even correct!! Screenshots show: Overview, Details, Layout. NO LAYOUT ON THE APP!! NO WAY TO SEE PANELS AND INSTALLATION!!

The new version crashes on me daily and I have to delete and redownload and sign back in. Sometimes this happens multiple times a day.
Not very good advertising when I’m trying to show friends how my new solar panels are working and how i can see how much electricity they are producing .
