Please keep in mind that our AI assistant is in beta and may make mistakes and produce incorrect statements in certain conversations.

■ Tell our AI assistant which phone number to call and give it helpful instructions.

■ Our AI will make the phone call and navigate the phone tree for customer service, doctor offices, and more.

■ We’ll wait on hold for you (even for hours) until a human comes on the line. Then, we will transfer the call by calling you and patching you into it.

■ Enjoy calling international numbers, seeing live call transcripts, and more!

Idea is super cool but doesn’t work

As soon as a number is tapped, the call immediately ends.

I’m been waiting for an app like this

For so long whenever I would call my doctor or my bank I would find myself being on hold for sometimes hours at a time never knowing when they would call me back. This app is exactly what I needed, I didn’t have to be anxious that I would miss their call and now I don’t have to worry anymore. Great stuff.

Very helpful

I often call the local boarding pet store to make reservations for my dog. Usually the hold is 15 minutes and Never Hold saved me time. Simple to use interface enter the numbers and what option you want to get connected and the AI assistant does the job for you. You get a connecting call when somebody is on the other side of the line. Cool app.
