Using the ap to order
So easy even I could do it …. No waiting on the phone… really great!!!
Cumbersome and difficult to navigate
Can’t use Apple Pay have set up coupons or loyalty use in advance of trying to navigate through a less-than-intuitive ordering system. And once you get so far in the order, you can’t see where or if the coupon applied or go back to add tip. Needs work. And while you can get you loyalty points you can no longer use loyalty points on phone in orders.
Needs some improvements
I used this ‘new’ app for the first time recently and though it worked fine I would like to recommend a few improvements for future versions.
1. Integrate it with Apple Pay.
2. Don’t save the CC info as it is a security risk
3. Provide a “pay with cash” option to allow for payment at the pickup location. This would be unavailable for delivery orders to protect drivers.
This is needed as there is no way to use the Aurelio’s shields via the app. Customer must go “old school” and call in an order in order to use the shields.
4. Allow customer to manually enter promotional codes / coupons.
