The food is always on and we prefer delivery because we are a very busy family. But I do have to say your delivery prices are way off the standard. I order from the hillside location and I am in Westchester about less than a mile away and you charge me $7.75 on my last order. Please re-review your delivery charges. I always over tip in cash to the delivery driver I don’t think $7.75 is necessary especially since gas prices are down right now and we aren’t paying taxes on the gas. Appreciate your consideration!

NO SALT MEANS NO SALT! It does not mean dunk salted fries back in the oil and give the customers BURNT, OVER-SALTED fries. Nobody clicks the well-done button for a reason: STOP BURNING FRIES! Hint: those white cubes clinging to the fries ARE SALT CRYSTALS! The most casual glance will tell you that! On to cheese fries: CHEESE FRIES ARE SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE CHEESE. GET IT? Cheese PLUS fries! It’s in the name. You charge a dollar extra for cheeseless cheese fries! Could I pay a dollar extra for unsalted, unburnt fries instead? DRY MEANS DRY. Dry doesn’t mean soggy or dipped! Why are all these features on your app if you’re simply going to ignore them? Oh, BECAUSE YOUR APP DOESN’T WORK AGAIN! Can’t login on the app. Can login on the website and have my order ruined that way, but the app is garbo. Time for another rebuild where you steal everyone’s Points AGAIN. UPDATE: been 2 months, still can’t login to app (website login works). Another lost sale as I order once again from the competitor whose app works. UPDATE: app login actually worked for a second! Good thing Buona was able to put a stop to that quickly otherwise the Chinese developers of this app might get current credit card data.

It’s confusing when it comes to customizing a burger. The first question is “everything” or “plain” and you have to answer. So it’s contradictive when you want to add certain things or only remove certain items. If I select “Everything” and then have 2-3 items removed, it’s not “everything. If I only want items on my burger it’s not officially “plain”. I’m always worried my food will not be made correctly. Also, when I select recent orders to re-order items it always says “nothing found”. It must be a big because I basically have to customize and set my order again. Awards are great and easy to apply towards orders. A lot of variety to pick from well organized and easy user interface. Just a few things I would love that they fix. Thanks!
