Founded in 2005 by CEO Tim McEnery, Cooper’s Hawk was built upon the belief that food and wine hold the power to forge lasting connections. Our portfolio currently includes 49 Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant locations, the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club, and two “by Cooper’s Hawk” brands – Esquire and Piccolo Buco. Cooper’s Hawk wines have won over 600 awards and are the Official Wines of the Screen Actors Guild® Awards.

The Cooper’s Hawk mobile app was created to make it easy for Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club Members to engage with their Club benefits, which include exclusive content and a new gifting feature, only available on the app! Users who are not a Member can still register for the app to explore our locations, menus, wines, wine-tasting experiences, and the Wine Club.

MEMBERS: Log into your Wine Club account to get the most out of your membership! If you have never set up your online login credentials, please go to “Create An Account” first.

NOT A MEMBER: You can log in if you already have an account created on our Carryout online ordering site. If not, go to “Create an Account” or “Join our Wine Club”!

Highlights of main features:

- HOME: The feather icon will always take you Home. Easy access to “Make a Reservation”, Wine Club Member Card, reminders/news, Our Wines with Tasting Notes, and other features.
- RESERVATIONS: Fewer steps because your name, phone number, and favorite location will be pre-populated!
- MENU (WITH WINE PAIRING): Browse the menu for Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants including Chef Recommendations, each item with a photo and wine-pairing recommendation.
- JOIN THE WINE CLUB: Learn about all the benefits that come with a Wine Club membership! You can sign up on the app and use your benefits right away!
- LOCATIONS: Explore, find, and heart a location. View photos, the address, hours, phone numbers, upcoming events, and more! Share a location and get directions.
- ACCOUNT: Track your Wine Club points, bottles, rewards, tastings, and more. You can also update your profile and adjust your membership.
- WINE (WITH TASTING NOTES): Show available wines in your Member account and your pickup history. Each wine clicks to Tasting Notes for your reference! Not a Member? Join our Wine Club.
- MEMBER CARD: Easy access to your electronic Member card (card icon on the top right-hand corner) on the Home screen
- ORDER CARRYOUT: For Members, you will be seamlessly linked to our carryout site without having to log in, and you will be able to add your wine club bottle to your order and take advantage of your carryout discount, plus earn points!
- INSIDER GIFTING: Members will be able to purchase a Wine of the Month and “text” or email it to a friend, letting them know that they can pick up or enjoy the exclusive gift bottle at any of our locations.

A Port in the Storm

We experienced Coopers Hawk for the 1st time this year and have already been back to dine and drink numerous times. Our 1st visit, Lori was our server on our “ maiden voyage “ into the stormy seas of post pandemic dining. Lori is one of the finest servers we have ever encountered and this goes beyond our table. We watched her work the room with a flair and dedication to making the visits a lot of fun ( a good sense of humor goes a long way ). Aside Lori, who we usually try to hook up with, when she’s not avaliable , we had fantastic service from Brianna, Tierra and Rodney as well. In a world where far too many people don’t seem to want to work , it’s obvious that at Coopers Hawk, there’s a joy that transcends work,… into friendship. Again, 1000 stars in the restaurant Galaxy! And then,… there’s THE WINE!

Worst experience ever

New waiter and we were completely understanding of that in itself. I have a tomato allergy and informed him. Appetizer salad was mostly right but then it got worse. Still being forgiving until the waiter dropped off someone else’s dishes on our table, my order was remade 2x’s since it was wrong both times and we had to tell another waiter including the tomato allergy!!! Requested to see a manager 2x’s and waited longer only for her to simply apologize at which point I didn’t even want my food to be remade a 3rd time and wait longer while my husband ate his dinner. I requested again to have someone clear the dishes that weren’t ours and neither of us got our requested 2nd glass. It wasn’t worth the wait for placing the to go order that our kids were waiting for at home and as I type this we still haven’t gotten a bill!!! It’s been well over an hour; not worth trying to achieve the next level status after this!

Disappointed with Management

During my visit waiting to order/pick up my bottles due to the long line a customer came to the service representative behind the counter gave him his list and ask it be ready for pick when he finishes his dinner.
I was up hauled considering the line of customers waiting to order & pick up their bottles. I mentioned it to the manager that was not acceptable and if he makes an exception for that individual then the exception should apply to us all waiting on line!
