Albany, Georgia Newks

This Newk’s in Albany, Georgia is the most well managed restaurant that I have been in in a very long time. I have been coming here about once or twice a month (I live out of town). The entire staff is exceptionally friendly. The place is clean and organized. ALL of the employees appear to be very happy! It is a great place to dine alone or with friends….the ultimate salad never disappoints! It is so fresh….please give these positive comments to the manager and staff of the Albany, GA Newk’s (the Newks in Dothan, Alabama needs to take a lesson from this manager….it was not very good…maybe a bad day…)

Watkinsville store

We had a terrible experience at this location yesterday. I eat at the Newnan location at least twice each week. Someone needs to train this new location. It was a terrible experience. First, no clear cups for water. The cashier offered no solution and told us we had to buy a bottle of water or pay for a regular plastic cup. Ridiculous. Someone should have gone next door and purchased clear cups. We could not find a clean table to enjoy our dinner. We had to eat around dirty tables.
Next our salads arrived and the avocado was totally brown. I took a picture. Terrible. When I went and told the girl she said oh, ok. She never apologizes and did bring over fresh avocado. I asked about napkins and she told me to walk to back to get them. Next the condiment station is nothing like my location in NEWNAN GA. SALT AND PEPPER sticky and dirty.
I used a reward and feel like I wasted it. I just wanted the home office to know and hope you can train and improve the Watkinsville location. Many thanks.

Good food.

Did an app order for the first time. Went to pick it up and waited in the curbside check spot and checked in. Waited for about 6 mins after my order was ready and just went inside. It still wasn’t ready. No problem. I was then handed a cup to get my own drink and told where napkins and stuff were. My sandwich was finally sat on a shelf. Just the sandwich, but hey I was able to go get my own chips and even bag my food myself. Not sure who got the tip from my order but good job doing nothing. The sandwich was really good though. I’ll definitely order again, just won’t tip this time since it’s self serve apparently.
