Try the demo, no server needed. nexmail for iPhone and iPad is the mail app for nexmail, the self-hosted mail client that runs on your own server. nexmail is free and open source. It collects all your mailboxes in one place; the app gives you that place in your pocket, made for reading and clearing mail on the go. READ • All Inboxes, your mailboxes and folders, as in Apple Mail • Swipe to archive, delete, flag, or set a mail aside for later • Conversations, attachments, invitations you can answer, and one tap to unsubscribe • Foreign images stay blocked until you want them CLEAR • Review: your unread mail as a stack of cards, one flick each • Undo after every action, and delete for good from trash and junk • Select several mails at once and move them together • Actions wait in a queue, so they also work without a connection WRITE • Rich text with the formatting panel you know from Apple Mail • Recipient suggestions, reply from any of your addresses, send later • Apple's Writing Tools where available, or rewrite with your own AI service TASKS • Turn any mail into a task, in nexmail's own list or straight into Todoist • A task list with due dates: tick off, and jump back to the mail NOTIFICATIONS • New mail arrives as a notification, even with the app closed • Your server encrypts sender and subject for this device; on the way nobody can read them, not even Apple IPAD • Three columns, keyboard shortcuts, and mail you can drag into a folder You need your own nexmail server.
