NextDoer Business is the companion app for businesses that run their operations on NextDoer. It gives the owner and their team one calm place to see what's pending across every task NextDoer handles for them, and to stay in control of it. Your board is organised around your services, each one a task type shaped to what your business runs. Today that mostly means customer conversations, handled by your AI assistant; NextDoer is built so any recurring business task can appear the same way as support for it is added. Open the app and you land on a board that shows what's waiting for you right now. From there you move into a service, then into the specific task that needs you, today, a single customer conversation, where you can read the whole thread exactly as it happened. For a task the assistant has prepared, you decide: • Approve it and it goes out as written. • Decline it if it's not right. • Handle it yourself instead, by typing, or by recording a short voice note that's turned into text for you. Take any task off the assistant and handle it yourself; hand it back whenever you're ready. Push notifications tell you the moment something needs your attention, so nothing waits on you without you knowing. Everything is organised around how your business actually runs: • A board of what's pending and a quick view of recent activity. • Your services, each shaped to the task type it handles. • Full history on every task, who did what, and when. • Approve / decline / handle the assistant's prepared work yourself. • Typed or voice input. • Move a task between the assistant and a human, both ways. • Report an issue to the NextDoer team from inside the app. • Your own branding and layout, tailored to your business. Sign-in is by email with a one-time code, no password to remember. Accounts are set up for your team by NextDoer; there's no public sign-up. Your data is sent over an encrypted connection. NextDoer Business is made for business owners and their staff. It's a private window into your own business, not a social network.
