Beneficiary bank name changes when money is transferred

My beneficiary bank is set SIBL. When I transfer money and go to transfer history, I see that the beneficiary name is shown AB bank. This happened each time I sent money to a bank account. I called the customer care. They said they can see the bank is SIBL and money was sent correctly. But it’s a problem as it creates fear that we might have sent money to wrong account. Also, when we share screenshot of the transaction, people say you have sent money to the wrong account.Need to fix this issue quickly. I can’t share image here. If you can see the images, you would understand more easily.

An utter disgrace of an utmost lack of integrity

Dutch-Bangla Bank has lost the total professionalism and the integrity of how to deal with the clients of its own, being an account holder of this so called Dutch-Bangla Bank and the disgraceful utter couldn’t even get lower than this service, I personally would like to advocate against opening an account or just stop having any kind of business with this entity, which is so unprofessional that this App, which they termed “Nexus” does not have the minimal amount of integrity to be in the Apple AppStore which Steve Jobs have created, and Steve would be so , so disappointed wondering that, how could this lowest of the low standard of an App have successfully managed to get into the AppStore Go, ask those Dutch People to use this Nexus App, hmm, they’d rather choose to using banking services of this so Called Dutch Bangla Bank. In my experience, I haven’t even ever seen such lower standard for f an entity that could maintain without a single expression of shame and is so undignified, Now I’m feeling my integrity is being questioned. Get this app out of your AppStore, if you want to sincerely and truly believe the envision Steve Jobs had.Steve Jobs, is a guy with integrity. Nexus doesn’t exist in his world

Lack of security.

The app is very useful and handy. That’s why giving it 3 star. But there is serious security issue. I’ve to put password every time when I pay. And some times the places are so crowded and you can’t hide the password from the people. Would’ve given a solid 5 star if there was faceID or fingerprint feature just like every other payment software. Being a message app even WhatsApp provides this kind of security. So in my opinion a payment software must have this feature in order to protect user’s security and give them the confidence to pay anywhere.

The NexusPay app has potential, but there are several issues that need improvement.1. Unlike the credit card section, the debit card section does not show dollar-related information, which makes it difficult to track international spending and limits.2. Many other banks, such as UCB, allow users to separately enable or disable dollar transactions while still keeping regular BDT transactions active. NexusPay lacks this flexibility.3. The app always shows a minimum/held amount of BDT 5,000 together with the available balance. This is confusing because I sometimes mistakenly include that amount in my calculations, which can lead to failed transactions.4. Saved beneficiary account numbers cannot be deleted. There are also several other usability issues that affect the overall user experience.I hope these problems will be addressed in future updates. The app could be much better with some improvements to functionality and user control.
