Apple is a greedy company. This app is not for the AirTag my daughter sent me. I had to consent to a charge of either $4.99 for a month or $9.99 for a year in order to access the app’s features. I emailed the company to cancel immediately. I was not able to find another method. Apple customer service support personnel is so exhausted from complaints until the guy put down the phone while I was speaking. I called back and no one answered. Greed is destroying the humanity in the country. I am refuting any attempt to collect $9.99 and I will file complaints with BBB, our Consumer Protection Agency, and Trustpilot against this company and Apple for luring payments for services that are inadequate and refusing to refund dissatisfied customers.
