VOS DEPLACEMENTS PRATIQUES :
Prendre les transports en commun sur le territoire de la Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur n’a jamais été aussi simple. Voici comment faire :
• Ouvrez l’application et cliquez sur « Acheter un titre ».
• Sélectionnez le ticket que vous souhaitez : Solo (1 voyage), MULTI 10 voyages.
• Payez par carte bancaire, en toute sécurité.
• Votre achat effectué, vous pouvez utiliser votre téléphone pour voyager sur le réseau Lignes d’Azur. Sélectionnez le nombre de voyageurs et validez votre ticket sur votre téléphone.
• En cours de voyage, vous verrez la durée de validité restante de vos tickets. Lors d'un contrôle, présentez la page de contrôle aux agents pour qu’ils vérifient la validité de votre titre de transport.

Does not work on LTE
I don’t have a 4G connection and I can only use the app on wifi. Otherwise it would be a very nice app. Dommage.
Doesn’t work most places
When this app works, it works well. However, as I found out after sending a message to the help team, the app only works if you are on 4G or WiFi. (And yes, my cell data is turned “on” for the app on my iPhone 12). I’ve been traveling around Nice and surrounding towns for a week, and I have never seen actual 4G service (just “LTE” which is not the same). And forget about 5G. So, I bought €10 worth of tickets but can only use them when I’m in the big central tram stations where there is a free WiFi signal. Otherwise doesn’t work when catching a bus, or most other tram stops.
I can buy a plane ticket to anywhere in the world on my cell phone, but this app has not figured out how to let me validate a ticket on 3G cell service. Come on Nice Ticket! You got a good thing started here. Make it happen! See you in June. Merci.
Just what you need to use public transport for visitors
super easy to use and is definitely a better alternative to using the bus then trying to negotiate cash with the driver. There’s also a link that has the routes of the buses and so on. I thought I had a brief technical issue and found support was very responsive.
