Before using the nightly app I didn’t do much to help my sleep. If I had a bad night or simply didn’t feel well rested I moved on with my day and just accepted the side effects of how I would be negatively impacted. As a college student, it is hard to alter your routine in order to improve you sleep, so lifestyle changes that threw off my busy schedule were not an option. Once I discovered nightly, I realized that you can actually improve your day by ensuring you are caring for your sleep. By using the nightly app, I was able to improve my sleep by not interfering with my everyday schedule and instead improving it, as I was more rested to take on the challenges of my day. By using the app and going through the sleep reports, I was able to understand more about what I was doing that was affecting my sleep: for example, sleep reports about days/weeks when I would watch tv and eat too soon before going to sleep were worse than when I did not. I also could track my sleep depending on what moods I was feeling before going to bed which also helped me notice how I would sleep worse when stressed and anxious. This app has made me put more care into how I’m sleeping and helped me succeed in my day to day life by keeping me rested and rejuvenated each morning. I love the knowledge it has given me about my sleep and the app has very calming and cute designs and graphics that make it even better🤗! I highly recommend nightly‼️

I absolutely loved using this app! Nightly improved my sleep after using it for just one week!! As a college student, my schedule is always very busy and whenever I get the chance to sleep, I want to make sure it’s the best it can be! Nightly uses monaural beats to improve the amount of deep sleep you get which helps you wake up feeling more rejuvenated. After using Nightly, I saw an increase in my deep sleep and felt more energized throughout my day which is a must as a college student! Nightly was so easy to use: you can input recent activities before bed and it will make custom beats for you and your sleep! It’s incredibly quick to set up right before bed and turns off with a built in alarm. If you have roommates, there are even inaudible beats that work just as well as the audible setting so it’s perfect for those in dorms or people who need silence to sleep (like me!) There is even guided meditations to go to sleep which were amazing if I had trouble going to sleep. Overall, I absolutely LOVED Nightly and found that it increased my quality of sleep and helped me feel ready for the day ahead!! It was SO simple and easy to use not to mention how effective it was!! I tried Nightly at first because I had nowhere to turn to when I wanted to fix my sleep schedule. After using it for a week or two, I can happily say that it works very well! The interface is clean and easy to interact with and it’s helpful that I can integrate my apple watch into the app so I can have all my sleep information in one place. In terms of sleeping, I found that I actually did fall asleep a lot faster with the monaural beats and guided meditation, and there was not a single time in my process in which I took a long time to fall asleep. The alarm in the morning is also not too intrusive so I’m not startled awake! I would recommend this app to anyone who has a hard time sleeping, but maybe not those who cannot sleep with sound. Some of the beats can be a little whining, so I believe while it is proven to help you sleep, it might not always work for everyone, especially if you’re annoyed by sounds like this. Overall though, this app gave an amazing experience for me, so you should definitely give it a try if you are on the fence!
