    This spot is a place that my whole family can agree on. With three kids it’s usually back-and-forth until we come to an agreement of where we all will eat. At noodles and Co. we all leave happy. My kids love the buttered noodles and even I order the buttered noodles occasionally. I would just add chicken. I love how they season the noodles. There are several kinds of Mac and cheese, which is a huge win for my kids. I highly suggest giving this place a try.

    I love the app and I love the food. I just wish when you go to check out it didn’t automatically put a 15% tip at checkout and you have to physically take it off not any other food apps seem to do that that I have. I will continue to order always.

    I have NO idea how this app has a 4.9 star rating at the time of this review - blows my mind. The tiered points system is convoluted; they purposely make it complicated. “Spendable” points expire too quick and the app does not tell you when they will expire. I lost all my spendable points so I will take my business elsewhere. I won’t use apps that don’t tell me when my points expire. Also, I keep getting app offers but when I open up the notification, there’s nothing there. Often I don’t get the advertised bonus points; yes I am using the latest version and have a new phone. When the app says a reward is going to expire on day X, it usually does so the day or two before; you’ll find out the hard way when you go to use it on day X because it won’t exist. To say something positive, the food is decent but not worth the price if I’m going to lose my points so quickly. Bye bye Noodles.

  • Never Works for Online Orders

    I have downloaded and restarted my phone countless times due to the issues I’ve encountered with the Noodles and Company app. Whenever I try to order and I am choosing the location, I will pick the quick delivery option. As soon as I do that, it immediately gives me the notice that ASAP ordering is not an option at this location. When I try to choose the pick up time, no dates or times are available to choose from. I have tried using this multiple times and it still will not work over the course of a year.

    I have been going to the local Noodles at least one time a week on average for the last year. Yesterday I had almost 1200 points, as I redeem them regularly. I went to place an order to deliver to me at the hospital because I had a 16 hour shift., and can’t leave the hospital. Weekend hospital food will kill you. However, before I was able to place my order the app said I needed to upgrade to the new app. So I did. Then I went to place my order. However every single one of my points was gone. Today more than 24 hours later they are still gone they have not been replaced. I called my local noodles and they said they have nothing to do with this it Has to do with IT and corporate and they could not help me. Why can’t they just make an app that works? And doesn’t lose your points when you upgrade? This may be time to rethink things. I can’t be the only one who’s had this problem with the new upgrade. And I wonder how many people have noticed their loss of points. I’ve turned off the phone restarted it, still zero points. Can someone please assist and help restore my points? Thank you!

    **update:I played around with app a bit more and I finally found the customization options. I'll not add stars though because I would have never found the options except that I noticed the line of text that has the price was just the tiniest bit cut off across the bottom. That prompted me to scroll down where I found what I needed. It wasn't easy either, I tried several times but the scroll down in that area doesn't work properly. I know I tried to see if there was more to the list before but when it didn't work after the second try I figured I was wrong about it. ———————It is truly amazing to me that there is no way (that I have found) to customize your entree. When you order in store you can remove or add anything you want. Reading this you might assume I'm just a picky eater and think to yourself: 'she should try different foods anyway'. Consider, however, that I might not be picky but that I might have: a TON of food allergies. It's one of the reasons I like patronizing Noodles in the first place. The thing I hate most is that so many of the dishes in the app have some protein or other already assigned to the dish (Parmesan crusted chicken for so many things - I don't like it because of the texture). What are vegetarians/ vegans supposed to do??
