Incredibly bad
Version 3.0.1 is broken on macOS 11.7.9
I asked a guy from customer support about it, and he said they are aware of the problem, and are working on a fix (no ETA available).
Then I asked for a download of the previous version (from TWO DAYS AGO !!!) and he responded, literally:
'Unfortunately, I do not have an older version download file. I will have to forward this to my team. If we can provide the file to you we will contact you via email.'
This is a company which makes VPN software. My company makes medical emergency software. I cannot connect to my systems after upgrading this, and I need to connect, NOW.
This is unreal. Absolutely demented, in fact.
Please do not use this, and tell all your friends, too.
DON'T Waste your time with NORD
So many bugs and issues will happened when connection restared.
