Wait time quotes need adjustments

Have been playing with the app so far and testing it out. I want to test it to use for my optometry business. I noticed the options for the wait time quote is 5 min, last time, and off. I would love if wait time quotes is in the “off” position that the text sent out would just say that you have been added on the waitlist. Right now when you say off, it’ll say estimated wait time is 0, which makes everyone that adds themselves to the waitlist think they are up soon. Fix that and I can see 5 stars happening. Can’t wait to try this at the office.

The app is easy to use

I’m currently using it in the tax office I work for and it’s easy to use the only thing I wish it would have is the options for additional messages instead of having three messages per person it will be great to have the option to send up to five messages per person and if it would have feature to add an additional waiting list on the same account.

App works well, customer support is terrible

Affordable service that has all the basics you need and then some. Customer support is among the worst I’ve experienced though. No option for a live chat or phone support. Stuck emailing back and forth. Support is arrogant and does not seek to understand their customer’s needs. Could care less about keeping your business either. It’s functionally a good app unless you need to get support.

We don't offer on demand phone support, and this is clear on our site. We focus more on building a product that is intuitive and just works, so that long phone calls are not needed for complex explanations and troubleshooting steps. We have found that most times technical issues can be fixed more efficiently over email, and our built-in "Report Issue" feature in our apps makes it easy to send us an email with additional device logs for faster troubleshooting. In cases where we might still need additional details, we would call. In your case you only needed support once in the year you have used it, and we were able to fix the relatively complex and uncommon issue quickly over email. Calling wouldn't have helped us fix it faster.
