I recently started using Notary Assist's accounting software platform, and it has been a game-changer for my notary business. Fabulous Resource for Notaries!

Notary Assist is a simple solution for busy notaries to manage the administrative aspects of running their business. I’m in my 2nd year of using it and wish I would have started much sooner!
I love the integration with my Google calendar, as soon as I add a signing it’s on my calendar and with a tap on the location I’m on my way using Google Maps.
Creating, sending, and tracking invoices is a breeze.
You can track income, expenses, mileage, number & type of signings, and more.
Lots of great features - one of my favorites is the ability to scan shipping barcodes for each signing using the mobile app.
Customer service is amazing! If you ever need help, Sue is very responsive and kind.
I used my own Excel sheet for years and it worked fine, but I have NO REGRETS about making the switch to Notary Assist.
Highly recommend you give it a try!!
