I was fortunate to have started using Notary Gadget from the beginning! Not having knowledge at the time and only reviews to now many platforms recommend it!! It’s completely user friendly, easy and now with an app?? Oh my goodness I reacted like a child when I downloaded the app only 2 1/2 weeks ago!! I love forwarding my confirmations to “automation” and when I’m ready, I can import! That’s the best part is your able to view before importing, instead of noticing a area missing (which is rare) or the personal way you like it then editing etc.. Tax time?? So easy.. one page or several, receipts for expenses simply scan and forward or enter and scan, either way it’s all there!! I could never keep track like it allows you!! Thank you so much!!

Steve the creator of the app he is so awesome

In this day and age with the prices of everything so high from gas, shipping costs, food cost, if anything that people should be concentrating on in their businesses it should be great customer service.

I downloaded the app I went to go use it to add a category for expenses.

I was at a conference so I was on an unsecured Wi-Fi so that might’ve been the issue.

I went to add a new category it kept saying I had an error but then it would save it when I re-open the app. I didn’t think anything of it because I figured this was something that would eventually get fixed in an update.

Thank you Steve for taking the time to reach out to me and call me personally to ask me about the error that I was receiving in the app.

This is why I have chosen NotaryGadget as my accounting platform because Steve truly cares about his business and serving his customers to go that extra step and asked me about what was going on.

I have been a notary for 2 years, Notary Gadget was recommend and has never disappointed me! It is a one stop gadget for all your accounting needs as a notary/signing Agent. I can easily track upcoming appointments, unpaid invoices, mileage, notarizations, expenses, and now they have added new features such as the automation for new appointment, saving me data entry time. They also have a feature where you can easily send a text for appointment confirmation. Looooove the new features. Finally making an app allows me to quickly See my availability for appointments request I receive while on the go. Thank you!!
