Note Buddy

Meeting notes & next steps

Free · In‑App Purchases

Available on iPhone and iPad. Mac coming soon. Free meeting notes app. Write, type and create reminders on one private page, with layouts made for iPhone Duo. Keep the meeting and its next steps together. Note Buddy is a light, private place for notes on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Write by hand, type, add a photo or attach a file on one scrolling page. Everything stays in the order you added it. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO Keep notes compact on the outer display, open to a roomy workspace, or prop Duo on its side to type with your note above the fold. Carry the same note with you as the layout changes. FROM NOTES TO NEXT STEPS Star a line with an asterisk to turn it into a task. On compatible devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, Note Buddy can also summarise your page and find action items, owners and due dates. Edit the results and, if you choose, send them to Reminders. MEETING CONTEXT, WITHOUT THE ADMIN With optional Calendar access, a new note can take the title, time and attendees of the meeting you're in. Add whiteboard photos, PDFs and files alongside your writing. Mark up photos and PDFs on iPhone and iPad, and share a note through the system share sheet. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Notes sync across your devices through your private iCloud database. Handwriting and attachment text recognition run on-device. There is no separate app account, advertising, analytics or tracking, and ChargeOut Labs cannot access your notes. Private Cloud Compute is not enabled in this release. FREE, WITH EVERY FEATURE Unlimited notes. No subscription or feature unlock. If Note Buddy helps you, Settings has an optional Buy Me a Beer tip jar. Four one-off tips let you say thanks, from a sip to a whole beer. Tips unlock nothing, and all features stay free either way. Handwriting is editable on iPhone and iPad and view-only on Mac. Apple Intelligence requires compatible hardware and must be enabled; starred lines and simple marked-task matching remain available without it. iCloud sync requires an iCloud account. Calendar and Reminders access are optional. Native Duo posture support requires iOS 27.1 or later.
