note2it
Meetings become real notes.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Record a meeting, get structured notes. Edit anywhere, link everything, and let your checklists become tasks — on iPhone, Apple Watch, and the web.
note2it turns your meetings into notes, and your notes into structured knowledge.
RECORD MEETINGS
Tap record and talk. Your audio is uploaded and transcribed into a meeting page — summary, decisions, action items, and open questions included. Pause and resume freely; your recording is safe even if you're interrupted.
WRITE ANYWHERE
Edit pages right on your iPhone with a full formatting toolbar: headings, bulleted and numbered lists, checklists, quotes, and code blocks — with bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough. Everything stays in sync with note2it on the web.
STAY ON TOP OF TASKS
Checklist items inside your notes become tasks automatically. See them all in My Tasks, grouped by what's overdue, due today, and upcoming — and check them off from your phone or your wrist.
CAPTURE FROM ANYWHERE
Scan documents with the camera. Jot quick notes with Siri ("Add a note to note2it"). Start a recording from Control Center (iOS 18). Capture voice notes and check tasks on Apple Watch.
ORGANIZED YOUR WAY
Notebooks, sections, pages. Link pages together with [[wiki links]] and tag anything with #tags — your notes become a connected knowledge base, not a pile of documents.
A free note2it account is required (create one at note2it.com). Notes sync through your account; recordings are transcribed securely on our servers.
