Notigrade
School Grades Made Simple
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Keep track of your children's school grades. Plan exams, record grades, calculate averages — simple and clear.
Notigrade is a simple grade management app for parents. Keep track of exams, grades, and report card averages — for every child, every subject, every school year.
PLAN EXAMS
- Calendar view with monthly overview
- See all exams for any day at a glance
- Quickly create new exams
RECORD GRADES
- Assign a grade with a single tap
- Instantly see which grades are missing
- Dashboard highlights pending grades
REPORT CARD AVERAGES
- Automatic calculation per subject, weighted by how much each exam counts
- Overall average at a glance
- Grade overview with projected report grade
NINE GRADING SYSTEMS
- Germany 1-6 and Oberstufe points (15-0)
- Austria 1-5, Switzerland 1-6, France 0-20, Netherlands 1-10
- US letter grades, IB 1-7 and plain percentages
- The scale is set per child and per school year, so a finished year keeps its grades exactly as they were written — moving up to Oberstufe points does not rewrite earlier ones
MANAGE SCHOOL YEARS
- Create school years with start and end dates
- Assign children to school years with their class
- Grades are automatically filtered by school year
MULTIPLE CHILDREN
- Manage as many children as you need
- Quick switching in the dashboard
- Individual grade overview per child
OPTIONAL: DEVICE SYNC
- Works fully offline — no account needed, and everything stays on your device by default
- Create a free Notigrade account to use the same data on several devices
- Transferred over HTTPS/TLS
- Delete your account and everything synced with it from inside the app at any time
PRIVACY
- All data stays on your device unless you turn sync on yourself
- No ads, no tracking, no advertising identifiers
- Crash reports can be switched off under Settings > Privacy and never contain grades, names or account data
