It works exactly as described, I tough I could also like check my to do list and stuff but it’s only to add data to a database on your notion, it works perfect
Big Bug that clutters the workspace

This app has a big bug that creates multiple repetitive pages in a database. I have already talked to the devs, but there was no success in fixing this bug.This bug makes all of the good features of the app useless, as it gives more work of deleting the duplicate pages.I hope this get fix soon as it has passed months that I have reported the issue.

I used a single basic form up until I was surprised to hit the max number of entries. I liked the UI, but the usability difference between this app and my page in the actual Notion app is almost negligible. No reason to start paying
