Start the stopwatch with a shortcut and have entries—including end times—automatically created in your database. Link times directly to tasks and use the history feature to get back up to speed quickly. > Speed A simple shortcut opens the input field. You start the timer and a new entry appears immediately in your database. > Flexibility Link your time entries directly to existing tasks or projects. This way, you can keep track of your budget and progress at all times. > Integration Your time tracking happens directly in Notion. You don’t need to maintain an additional platform or laboriously export data. > Teamwork Use personalised filters and default settings for individuals. This makes the app perfect for collaboration in larger workspaces. Your time, straight to the cloud Save your working hours, as well as any ad-hoc tasks or ideas, directly to your personal Notion database. With this tray app, you can use the most efficient way to record information straight away. The app runs discreetly in the background and is always available to you via a shortcut. Accurate tracking of your activities If you use a task database in Notion, you can easily link it. Select the relevant task directly in the app and start tracking it. You can add a custom description or simply use the task name. A handy history shows you your recent entries and lets you resume them with just one click. Work together and filter by user Even when several people are working on the same time-tracking database, you can still focus on your own data. In the settings, you can filter the view to show only your own data. You can also set a default user, who will be automatically selected for every new entry. Customisable and suitable for international use Customise the app to suit your preferences. There are five different colours to choose from for the design. The entire app is available in both German and English. To help you get started straight away, a free Notion template is included directly within the app. This template is already perfectly pre-configured and ready to use.
