The ring seems to be communicating fitness data to the Nova app correctly, but unfortunately that Nova app is not sending all of that information to Apple Health. It used to work perfectly, but now I seem to be missing about half of my steps daily - they’re tracked in the Nova App, but nowhere to be found in Apple Health.

The stand alone app is comprehensive as it covers most of the health metrics you would want. Retrieving historical data is difficult. The issue for me is that the only “sleep” data that is pushed to Apple Health is the HRV readings. Sleep and O2 data are only visible in the Nova App.

New update 1.1.3 is still not working for accuracy of sleep or steps. I compare against my Fitbit Sense and there is a huge gap even after resets the ring as shared by Nova Ring Customer Service. Kindly fix Update 1.1.2 is now seriously impacting all tracking of sleep steps, etc., to the point of no tracking or minimal. Extremely dissatisfied. Kindly fix ASAP

I received my ring about a month ago. I started wearing my ring maybe 2 weeks ago, and loved it! Then yesterday, it quit charging. I’ve tried different charging cables, different wall plugs, nothing works. The app might work fine, but the ring doesn’t.
