- NEW (tvOS): Top Shelf support. See Continue Watching (with progress), favorite channels (with current program info) and favorite movies & series right on the Apple TV Home Screen. Fully configurable in Settings.
- New: Episodes panel in the player (series). While watching a series, an "Episodes" button now appears next to the Info button below the progress bar (Apple TV) and in the player controls on iPhone/iPad.
- Sort option menus now show the default option first (e.g. "Default order", "Date added") instead of listing it after A–Z/Z–A. On both Apple TV and iPhone/iPad.
- Improved tvOS Back navigation: pressing Back on Home now returns to the profiles overview first, and a second press exits to the tvOS Home screen (with profiles disabled, behavior is unchanged).
- New: Multiview. Watch up to 4 live channels at once with adaptive grid and focused layouts, quick channel switching, and sound following your selection.
- Fixed a large empty area on the search screen for Apple TVs that use the grid keyboard: results now start beside the keyboard instead of below it, filling the panel, and posters are no longer cut off at the bottom.
