A maintenance release: internal fixes, and the groundwork for carrying task images between your Mac and your iPhone. Everything 1.7.0 brought — images on tasks, the tag filter, auto-tag, shared stacks and picking several tasks at once — works as it did.

SEVERAL TASKS AT ONCE Command-click to pick tasks, Shift-click for a whole run of them. A bar appears above the stack with what can be done to all of them at once: add tags, copy them, hand them to Apple Reminders, or finish the lot. Rarer things — mute them, mark them very important, export, select all — sit one click away under the "…". COPY AS TEXT A picked batch comes out as plain text, one task per line with its #tags trailing. That's the same shape the add field accepts, so it pastes back into NowStack, or into a note, a message or a commit, and still reads as a list. ⌘C copies what's selected; right-clicking a single task copies just that one. IMAGES ON TASKS Attach a picture to a task and it shows in the row, a click from full size. Images stay on the device they were added to. TAGS THAT DO MORE Filter the stack down to one tag when it gets busy, and set an auto-tag so every task you add carries it without typing it twice. SHARE A STACK Publish your stack as a link anyone can open — and revoke it whenever you like. ROOM TO WRITE The task composer takes as much text as the thought needs, instead of a single line. THE ONE THAT MATTERS A task marked very important now stays impossible to miss anywhere in the stack. FIXED The image picker on macOS no longer opens behind other windows or leaves the panel waiting.

Row button, right-click, iOS swipe, plus a bulk sheet that takes a whole #tag at once. - Multi tag — the bulk half of the row's add-tag popover: pick tasks (or a whole tag, or all), type tags, one edit. - Free stack is now 12 tasks, up from 10. - Both new actions are reachable in three ways: header bar, "…" menu, Settings. - Tooltips actually appear in the menu-bar panel now — they never have, because AppKit's tooltip window can't draw over the panel. - Tightened handling of text arriving from an import file, iCloud, or the share sheet

• Deleting all tasks from Settings ▸ Privacy could freeze NowStack instead of asking you to confirm. The confirmation now appears every time, and nothing is erased until you approve it

• Refreshed panel: a calmer NOW card, clearer task rows, and one consistent look across every sheet. • A task's timer, schedule, reminder, and tags now sit on a single line, so a busy stack stays scannable. • Row buttons stay out of the way until you point at a task. • "Start at login" now reflects what the system actually did — vetoing it in System Settings snaps the switch back. • Dates and times follow your region's format and 24-hour setting.

Mute tasks for a few hours — they return to your stack automatically. • Erase all tasks everywhere (this Mac, iCloud, and every device) in one step. • Better Apple Reminders export: default list or pick one, plus a right-click shortcut and a confirmation. • More reliable two-way iCloud sync.
