All of the data is stored on your device so it will work anywhere even when you do not have connectivity. Really helpful and serves as a great refresher. Glad I found it

Doesn’t work

App doesn’t work with newer model devices. I have an iPhone 13 and it works. Friends have 15 model phones and they receive an error message when opening the app.
