Some users have reported issues loading captions and subtitles so we have integrated captions in original English & subtitles in Spanish in all of the videos within the updated Nucleus player.

Rehab Workout
I had the misfortune of tearing my rotator cuff, my labrum, and my bicep, and am 2 months into rehab. I also travel and was looking for a convenient exercise device I could take on the road. I ran Nucleus by the PT, got a thumbs up, and have been using it for two weeks. Loving it. Nucleus has all the exercises I need to slowly but surely strengthen my shoulder and keep me in good cardio condition. I’m looking forward to a lasting and healthy relationship with Nucleus.
