Every equation on the board has to be true at once. Fix one row and you break a column - that tension is the whole game. Plus a new daily puzzle the world shares.
Every tile you place has to satisfy two equations at once — the one running across, and the one running down. Number Workshop is a crossword built out of arithmetic, and the only way through a grid is to make all of it true at the same time.
HOW IT PLAYS
You get a grid with blanks in it and a tray of number tiles. Drop a tile into a blank and both equations it sits on have to hold. Get one wrong and the grid tells you straight away. Clear the whole board and you earn up to three stars, scored on how accurate you were and how quickly you finished — three stars means you did it without a single mistake.

THREE WAYS TO PLAY
Campaign — Six skill tiers that build on each other: Add & Subtract, Multiply & Divide, Mixed Ops, Brackets, Unknowns, and Master. Levels keep generating, so the campaign does not run out.
Endless — One grid after another against the clock. Solve fast enough and you keep going. Every round is harder than the one before it.
Daily — One puzzle a day, the same grid for every player in the world. First clear pays 40 coins plus 10 for each star.
EARN AND SPEND
Coins come from clearing levels, collecting stars, finishing the daily, completing daily quests, and watching an optional rewarded video. Spend them on hints, or on tile skins, board themes and win celebrations that change how the game looks while you play.
COMPETE
Separate global leaderboards for Campaign and Endless. Your rank sits pinned at the bottom of the board, so you always know exactly how far you have to climb.
WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU INSTALL
An internet connection is required. Your progress is stored on our servers rather than on the device, which is what lets a save follow you to a new phone.
You can play straight away as a guest — no account needed. Linking a Google or Apple account is optional and exists for one reason: a guest save lives only under your device's anonymous ID, so uninstalling or switching phones loses it. Link an account and it follows you.
The game shows ads between levels. Rewarded videos are always optional and only ever play when you choose to watch one. A one-time Remove Ads purchase clears the between-level ads and keeps rewarded videos available, so you can still earn coins from them.
Number Workshop is free to play. Optional in-app purchases let you buy coins, but every coin can also be earned by playing, and no level, mode or feature is ever locked behind a purchase.
