This is an updated review based on their response to my first review.First of all, they are still very AI centric. In the response, they don’t know the difference between pornography and Scripture. Scripture is what I tried to send myself. That is no way pornographic. Secondly, in the app itself there is no way to contact customer support. Had there been a way to do it in the app specifically I would’ve done so to dispute the blocking. there is a way to contact Support through the App Store, but I was unaware of that at the time. Again, if the publisher was sincere, they would reach out to me to either correct the problem or to refund me my money. But they can’t be bothered with human contact directly to try and resolve the issue.All I can say is buyer be aware of this publisher as they are not responsive to your actual troubles with their app.I sent a scripture to my own phone number and they suspended my account. Saying I was sending pornography. So much for AI Wasted $59 and 200 minutes wasted because the system thinks I did something wrong. No customer service number to call. What a p o s app.
