NutraMum is a nutrition tracker for women trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. Each of these stages of motherhood has different nutritional needs, so use this beautifully designed, easy to use tracker to log your food and supplements.
Log each thing you consume, and it will automatically update how much nutrition is in it and shows your nutrition progress bar for each day. Most prenatals don’t have 100% of every vitamin you need daily, so it’s important to track what you’re lacking. NutraMum also recommends what you can quickly and easily consume to help bring your nutrient level up toward your daily goals.
This app is great for women who want to ensure they are meeting all nutritional goals for the day, whether they want to consume those nutrients strictly from a Whole Foods diet, prenatal vitamins or a combination of both.

This app uses standard recommendations based on pregnancy guidelines but it is not meant to replace your doctor and is meant to be used alongside with your doctor’s advice.
