Always logs me off easier to pay by text

I would always get logged off in the middle of paying my bill and u sure if it logged me off and my bill was paid or not paid so I would have to go into my bank app and check and it was a hassle every time. I found out if I signed up for text notifications with Nv energy then I could pay by texting the word pay and answering a yes or no to the next text and my payment was made! Easiest way to pay and other companies are doing pay by text too.

NV ENERGY scammers worst app for paying customers

The fact that we have no other option but to have NV energy and they get money from thousands of people but they do not care to fix their app nor do they care to help the paying customers . My rate continues to increase every month I used to log in and see my usage exactly what I’m paying for no it logs me in then immediately logs me out when I asked a rep they said there’s nothing they can do it’s MY phone . Every other compnay gas rent bills cox etc they have a working app and help NV energy is so careless and so unprofessional they do not care to even fix an app that seems bogus . It literally is a web browser app not even a legitimate APP. So bad 1 star to nv energy basically telling me sorry you have to pay but you can’t see your usages and they won’t email me either about m usage

Constant Nuisance!!!

Whom ever is your IT Technician for your Application is seriously screwing up right now. Can’t login and pay my bill now. I’ve tried and tried over and over again. Face ID is not working with your App, and every time I keep getting the message “Your session has timed out!” I haven’t even logged in yet and already the app is kicking me off. If I’m not able to pay my bill, I will be reporting you to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I’m sick of all this nonsense that you make us Citizens have to download or app this or app that, to stay afloat. Pull your Heads from your Gluteus Maximus and get in gear. You are having some major technical issues right now with your App. If I was your Superior, a lot of people would be getting disciplined. Fix the App!!!
