I think the app should be decent now. They update the visa/master debit credit card options so you can pull money out easier.

I was able to deposit money one time. I’ve tried to deposit for 2 weeks now and to no avail. Plus there is NO HELP. They will not help me. Not the casino, no power play, no telecheck (who they use as a third party when depositing). It took a week to even talk to someone at TeleCheck. Today was my last day to try. I’ve wasted so much time. OH! And PayPal says I’m in a region where they will not let me transfer funds. Nightmare. DONE. The app was great though. I loved all the features. And it was very easy to navigate. Also, came on to use the $250 insurance they have billboards around the state offering. Wasn’t able to use it so it was null and void because I didn’t know I was supposed to go to a certain tab to use it. SMH. (So now they are trying to detour me from leaving this review. I just tried like 10 “nicknames” and all were already used. No way some of these were used. They are trying to stop me from leaving this review. Someone else may stop but not ME.

The negative. When they take your money it’s pretty much instant, PayPal, etc. If you win you have to do a bunch of second hand adding something called mycardplus. Then after you jump through a bunch of hoops, you can only draw out so much of your money per day, per week, per month. You can’t even go directly to the Oaklawn Casino and get your money. Even their competitor let’s you get your money directly from casino or back through PayPal. Shouldn’t getting your money be as fast and easy as it is giving it? The Oaklawn Casino is basically no help explaining anything about how the app works. Two party verification security is a pain and requires you to go back to your email, very frustrating because it logs you out very often. The positive. They have more bets to choose from than competitor.
