Millî Eğitim Bakanlığının öğretmenlere özel olarak geliştirdiği mesleki gelişim platformu olan Öğretmen Bilişim Ağı "ÖBA" açıldı. ÖBA, öğretmenlerin kişisel ve mesleki gelişimlerini çok boyutlu desteklemek amacıyla kurulmuştur. www.oba.gov.tr adresinden sunulan ÖBA'ya MEBBİS veya e-Devlet şifresi ile giriş yapılabilmektedir. Öğretmenlerin giriş yaparak mesleki gelişim eğitimlerine erişebildiği ÖBA'da ayrıca Kütüphane alanı da bulunmaktadır. Herkese açık olan Kütüphane alanından çok sayıda içerik sunulmaktadır.
