Ocean Lakes Family Campground’s app helps our guests navigate our 310-acre campground and enjoy our oceanfront campsites, beach houses, outstanding amenities and services.
The Ocean Lakes’ App highlights a lot of helpful campground info under About Us.
App users can easily find and call key campground departments such as Security, the Main Office, Reservations, Pizza Delivery, Golf Cars Sales, Service & Rentals, RV Center, and Lost & Found.
The Activities Calendar is a click away! Check out the daily activities and details, or upcoming special themed events.
Find out about Recreation Equipment and our Beach Wheelchairs, Bike Rentals, Mini Golf, Propane Gas, and more.
Find Emergency info under “Services” (such as vets, doctor, vehicle repair). Locate nearby Attractions, Dining, Services and Shopping! Click “Outdoors” to learn more about Biking, Fishing, Water and more.
Set up an AR (augmented reality) campsite – great for the road or a rainy day. Connect with other guests to play a Game of basketball, horseshoes, or more.
Have fun with our scavenger hunts and other AR features.

Not the best … just like the campground
The App needs major work done to it. Especially knowing the difference in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
The app kinda reminds me how the campground over the past few years is declining in customer service… you ask for help but don’t get any feedback or an excuse.
Useless
Can not get any help to sign in - ask for email- type that in - password wrong - ok forgot password- can’t locate email address
So I go to create new account and it says email address and phone number are already in use?!
It can’t locate my email but then tells me it’s already in use?!
I have looked for help with this for weeks and no body will contact me…
Even deleted the app completely and it still says the same thing
Fun to use! Family time
Love the AR and scavenger hunt games with family. Has helpful info. It lists the phone numbers to different departments so it’s really easy to call the office, golf car place, recreation, and more.
