I wish there was a way to search by lodging specifically by cabin type. I like certain cabins at the campground (lake in woods in Lancaster Pa) and would travel when those cabins are available but instead I spend too much type picking random dates to see if the cabin I want is available. Please add this feature: travel dates flexible and show lodging availability. Thanks!

That's an excellent suggestion; we'll pass it along to our development team. Meanwhile, you can call the resort and a member of our team can check your chosen cabin for available dates (and help you make the reservation right then and there if you wish). We'd love to help you book your next vacation!

When I try to make a reservation, clicking on a space doesn't fill the space number. So no way to find an actual spot. There is no refund or cancellation policy. No place to enter AAA or Good Sam Club for possible savings. $50 to lock in a space? Wow! Why not just give me the space I requested without charging me twice for it? Not very RV-friendly. Also, the phone goes to voicemail. I've been waiting an hour for a call back.

We are disappointed to see that this has not met your expectations and have made note. We are currently working on fine tuning our maps feature along with adding some exciting enhancements. Our resorts offer a lock in fee which is an optional fee. This fee secures a specific site number. Site type is guaranteed without this fee. We hope that you will give our app another try for your future reservation needs.

I am not able to input my reservation number or email to even look our reservation up.
