Lost coverage due to system Screen white on app
I find this very odd i tried to make my payment on the 4th of July from 8am till 1130pm basically all darn day and the system wouldn’t allow me to make the payment the screen would turn white each time so they cancelled me and now what’s even more strange is I have never heard of a company that lets you reinstate but you have to wait 2-5 days for their decision after you have paid the reinstatement fees and drive around without no insurance meanwhile they make a decision so in the mean time if I’m in a accident I’m screwed because we have to drive to work to pay bills and rent in this cheap world we live in ha if I’m wrong please someone correct me
Hands down fastest way to get insurance!
I despise talking to insurance agents on phone spending hours to just find out that your “quote” and price at the end are two different ball parks away from each other. This app is straightforward to the point I had insurance in less than 15 minutes… highly recommended

Worst customer service
I’ve been trying to get in contact with the higher ups, and they kept telling me they will get back to me. It’s been over a whole month and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Once I’m done paying it off, I’m not going back because they don’t take their customers seriously if you have a problem at times. Kept talking to customer service and kept telling me “the team will get back to you today.” But never did.
