Filing an insurance fraud
Great but when you find out there’s another driver on your policy I didn’t put them there I take them off I don’t know the other driver driver n they don’t have a place to file a insurance fraud against the unknown party

Hi, we appreciate sharing your concerns, now, we want to clarify that we are not an insurance carrier, meaning we don't have direct influence over the drivers who could potentially be part of your household. However, the insurance carriers we work with do conduct thorough driver discovery reports for new applications. If they identify additional drivers in your household, they may include them in the policy but apply exclusions to safeguard them from unrated drivers using your vehicle. Rest assured, you won't be charged for this unknown individual.

Bad and slow
Great idea but they overall shouldn’t be in the industry. Too many errors, customer service don’t do much and have nothing but excuses instead of solutions, with engineering team that are working like sloths and act like beginners
