OD Link Intercom

Production IP intercom console

Free

Professional crew communication for live production. Connect to OD Link Intercom Server or a Cloud room, with channels, private talk and program audio. OD Link Intercom is an operator console for professional full-duplex comms over IP. It works with the OD Link Intercom Server, which you can run yourself or have hosted for you. Where crews use it • Multi-camera live video production • Theatre, touring and concert production • Houses of worship • Corporate AV and conference stages • Film sets and location shoots Hosted for you, or run it yourself • Have the server hosted with us: nothing to install, no ports to open, no router to configure. • Or run it on your own Mac and keep the audio on your own equipment. • Either way the crew signs in from wherever they are. Works over any IP based network • Wired ethernet, Wi-Fi, or the public internet. A panel, not a contact list • Ten channel keys in view at once, talk and listen set separately on each. • Groups hold their own set of keys, so switching group changes the whole panel instead of hunting through a long list. Private user-to-user communications • Hold a key and speak to one person. Nobody else on the channel hears it. Program and IFB feeds • Program audio and IFB arrive alongside the crew mix, each with its own level. Alerts to crew who are offline • ALERT someone and their device notifies them by name, even with the app closed, when notifications are enabled. Clean audio from a loud room • Echo cancellation and noise suppression on the microphone. • Packet-loss concealment on what you hear. Control surfaces • Hardware keyboard shortcuts and MIDI controllers. Demo console • See the panel without a server: a full rig of channels and groups, laid out exactly as a real one. It shows the interface — there is no audio and nobody to talk to. The console is free.
