OFF has been conceived as a digital tool to help you build healthier digital habits. It allows you to set focus sessions to block the device for a pre-set time, allowing you to study or complete an important task without distractions. It also helps limit scrolling on apps like TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter, where we often end up spending more time than intended; you will also be able to set the maximum number of hours you want to spend on a specific app or on your phone overall; and create schedules to limit usage — for example, during work hours, before going to sleep, or when you wake up in the morning.
Beyond the blocking features, users can also access screentime statistics to help them understand better their phone usage, adapting the features to their needs. Additionally, something that makes OFF different to the rest of apps is the strictness in the skipage of the blocks. We don't want you to skip the blockage easily and we want you to commit to your own set limits.
