Lori P. was a huge help with some sms issues our site phone was having and did an amazing job. Made it quick and easy and very professional!

Poor optimization

Every time this app updates it completely crashes and nothing works. This has happened several times over and over again. It’s very annoying, very poor for guards.

Poor app design

I’m unable to upload photos, the app is not user friendly in a way to make my job easy, as I patrol at night instead of taking 2-5 minutes reporting what I need to now takes me 10 minutes minimum. My company is forcing us to stick with this app and it’s bringing the moral of the entire team down. I would like at least an upload photo feature to make it easier to use.
