The app works great when its working the biggest problem I have that continuing even after the 2 big updates they released this year that apparently solved bugs and beefed security is the app crashes the first time opening it then have to re open and when time matters on being able to get the job I end up missing out cause someone has taken it by the time I het it open. I am on an iPhone 13 Pro and I know other officers that complain about the same issue

After over 21 years of coming into the station at the crack of dawn to stand in line to sign up for available overtime, this App has completely taken that hassle out of the equation. This enables the employee to review ahead of time all of the available jobs and bid in order of preference. Also, the immediate notification of open jobs helps to get jobs filled quickly. The only draw back is signing in and signing out of the job notification is very quiet (or nonexistent if your ringer is off) and in the beginning of using this App takes getting used to. Otherwise, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the ease of it all.

I like the convenience and easy ness of it. You can see all the jobs opening without going page to page, easy to see your own schedule. Really like where you can leave fields notes and other information if needed. It’s a great App, you see the jobs, you see your schedule, and you pull up your history if needed. You can add to your calendar with couple of clicks which is very nice. The only minor issues I have had is connectivity to log in or out, but is maybe couple of times a month. I work a lot. Great app love it works easy.

I’m amazed at how great this App works for off duty employment! It offers everything a user would need. Super easy to sign up and manage jobs. Calendar and notification functions are awesome. The App even allows me to keep a running total of the jobs I’ve worked to include when I was paid for each job. The ability to add field notes is a nice feature as well. Customer service is first class! They are available 24/7 if needed and I never have to wait to speak with someone.
