Awesome App

I like the convenience and easy ness of it. You can see all the jobs opening without going page to page, easy to see your own schedule. Really like where you can leave fields notes and other information if needed. It’s a great App, you see the jobs, you see your schedule, and you pull up your history if needed. You can add to your calendar with couple of clicks which is very nice.
The only minor issues I have had is connectivity to log in or out, but is maybe couple of times a month. I work a lot.
Great app love it works easy.

Off duty signup made easy

After over 21 years of coming into the station at the crack of dawn to stand in line to sign up for available overtime, this App has completely taken that hassle out of the equation. This enables the employee to review ahead of time all of the available jobs and bid in order of preference. Also, the immediate notification of open jobs helps to get jobs filled quickly. The only draw back is signing in and signing out of the job notification is very quiet (or nonexistent if your ringer is off) and in the beginning of using this App takes getting used to. Otherwise, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the ease of it all.

This app needs work

Large departments with many details, would benefit from each detail company having a drop-down with each shift for the specific detail in them, so they can be minimized. This would allow for members to be able to find dates for a specific detail without scrolling through ever shift for every detail. Also, many of the details are showing available when they have already been picked up. So, one would think to manually refresh the screen to try to get the most up-to-date available details. The problem with that is even on a newer iPhone with great reception, the app is loading very slow when manually refreshed to the point it’s best to shut the app down and open it back up.

We appreciate your feedback, we regret that your experience has been less than expected. We have recently optimized the loading process, which notably improved the load times, especially beneficial for large agencies. There is a search bar that allows searches by company name and a search by date feature, which can be used together.

Especially helpful for agencies with large coverage areas, the map search feature was deployed last month in iOS Version 3.2. You can see job pins on the map, even filtering the jobs to only the user applied area, if desired.

Jobs that appear available on the Open Jobs tab may indeed be selected by another user before other users select to add the job. This is especially so with large agencies.
