SCHEDULES THAT RUN THEMSELVES
Set up weekly schedules such as "Weekdays 16:30–23:59" or "Every day 21:30–07:00". The apps are blocked in that window every week and unblocked when it ends, even when Offtide is closed.

No account, no servers, no tracking. You pick apps in Apple's own picker, and Offtide can't even see which apps you chose. Everything stays on your device.
