PERSONALISATION FUNCTION
OIDO displays your logo on the customer's mobile phone both in the centre of the home screen and at the top left of the entire product catalogue.
DIGITAL ORDER RECEIPT FOR COLLECTION
Businesses can read the order code on the customer receipt using the OIDO scan function and check the order and authorisation to collect.
API - INTERFACE
OIDO makes the order data available to external computer and POS systems and accounting programmes via the built-in REST API.
REMINDER E-MAIL FOR OPEN ORDERS
OIDO will notify you on request if an order has not been processed for more than 10 minutes.
ORDER PEAK FUNCTION
A warning is displayed to the customer when a certain number of open orders has been reached.
HOTEL FUNCTION
OIDO can display different products from a product catalogue in different zones.
ORDER+PAYMENT OR ORDER ONLY
OIDO offers the function of letting the customer decide whether they want to pay directly when ordering on their mobile phone or whether they only want to use OIDO as an ordering option.
