Olive Union’s comprehensive toolkit comes with four main features to help alleviate your tinnitus distress. - THI Questionnaire: Record and track the condition of your tinnitus by regularly filling out the tinnitus questionnaire. - Sound Therapy: Create and listen to your own set of masking sounds. You can also create combinations of notched sounds tailored in accordance with the tinnitus frequency you set. Finally, OliveBuddy comes with two special listening tasks aimed at strengthening your attention and executive functions which help to improve your capacity to handle your tinnitus. - Thought Post-it: We tend to underestimate the power thoughts can have on our well-being. Tinnitus can often cause negative thoughts and emotions, which then further exacerbate tinnitus, creating a vicious cycle. Record positive thoughts and observations to take control back and be the true owner of your own thoughts. - Education: Deepen your knowledge and understanding of tinnitus with our 10-day course.
