Simple and easy
I’m always looking for alternative apps for rewards, special perks and benefits, unique UI/UX that sometimes works faster or better than their competitors and lastly just solution providers to the fast paced technology world we live in. Olliv was a pretty simple setup and go process, seems like they’ve got a credible history and I’m looking forward to seeing where they go from here.
Doesn't work!!
Easy to set up but then the problems started. First I couldn't send crypto out. Talked to customer service and they didn't know what to do. Thought it was a problem with my app, so I installed it again. Then I was unable to sync my wallet on my device. Called customer service AGAIN and they said to try it on a desktop. Tried doing that but it said my seed phrase was incorrect!! Now I can't make any transactions and my money is just stuck there uselessly. I don't want to waste another hour on the phone with someone who can't do anything to fix the issue. Made a huge mistake trusting this app.
